To register as a ProWriters broker and get access to our Cyber IQ Comparative Rate Platform, please complete the form. In addition to the information here you will be asked to provide the following:
- A completed W-9
- A copy of your home state insurance license
- A copy of your E&O insurance (or a Certificate of insurance) evidencing 1M or more in limits
After you complete the form and we receive these documents, you will receive an email with our broker contract that you can sign electronically.
